W7R2 Great Music 🎧 day

Didn’t relish this today as it was damp and windy but pre-breakfast it had to be. However Ariana Grande 🎶 playing cheered me up to set off into wind and the first 10 minutes was hard.

Then just chilled and turned at 12.5 mins with wind behind yeehaa. 3 cars being naughty blipping throttles as they passed so will change route I think 🤔.

Return was fine including faster last minute of run. I just love this malarkey and fingers crossed 🤞 to stay injury free.

Sounds like you had a great time today! Well done on your 25 min run, I don’t know about you, but love it when Michael says I’m halfway as it means I can finish, just got to run back. And you obviously had some gas in the tank to sprint at the end, fantastic job

Yes. I don’t think I’d like to run without my music. It’s a great distraction! The weeks are clicking by! I don’t want to think about the end game this close to New Year 😃. My birthday looms too before end of year 😂

I've got some excellent Samsung earbuds. They really cancel out every other sound but the music. Stupidity meant I let the battery run too low last week, so I had to run with some cheap wired ones. I have to say, with all of the background noise coming through, I was much happier and more focused with the earphones in, but the music off. Wont make that mistake again though!

🤣. Ah yes all these things to remember for hands free!! Thanks for reminder! My ones are Sony Bluetooth ones which do cancel out noise too. In fact today I got spooked by a lad on his bike coming up from behind and shooting past ( shared foot/bike path) ! I’ll cling to the lampposts next!
