Well that was fun!

Think the dog thinks I’ve gone a little mad

Can anyone suggest some good trainers to wear?

Trainers you have to test out as we are all different,

Well done for starting and the dog will soon get used to it

Well done on getting started! Keep up the good work and keep us updated on your progress

Welcome & very well done! 😄

I just ran in old trainers for about 3 weeks to see if I was likely to continue. Having decided that I was, I went to a runner’s footwear shop, had gait analysis & bought the most comfortable shoes I tried.

Gait analysis is strongly recommended by many- it will save you the cost of buying the wrong shoes. 😄

Not what you're looking for?
