So....
I didn’t drink enough fluids on Sunday
I ran slightly too fast on first run... legs were killing me by the end of the second 3 mins
It was cold
It was raining
It was windy
My legs felt like lead
I had to keep changing stride to run around blown over bins and chunks of tree... I found this a challenge
But...
I didn’t stop
I chastised myself for not drinking enough
I did it
Go me!

Congratulations another run completed under difficult conditions. You've learnt to hydrate and that you can cope in bad weather win win. Happy running
