I ran yesterday π
Ha ha! I was supposed to be doing the London Winter Run this morning but it was cancelled, so I have had to stay in and eat biscuits today.
I hope you enjoyed your biscuits and made you a bit happier as you could not run the LWR, better luck for next year.
Yes, well done to anyone who went out today!π³π¦π¨π§
I havenβt left home and I donβt intend toπ€£ππ
Hopefully Iβll get out running again in the weekπ€πββοΈ
I ran yesterday and friday so no running for me today still went to the shop and took the dog out.
I will and have ran in any weather but today I definitely wouldn't haveππ
Oh you sweetie. Thanks haha xx
I couldnβt believe it when I saw people running along the prom today. Mad if you ask me; waves were crashing in with high tides and gales.
I went swimming first thing, made a loaf of bread, then sat on the sofa watching Ladybird and drinking gin. Result I'd say. π
I really enjoyed Ladybird. Saw it mid afternoon when it came out. My daughter and I had the whole cinema to ourselves.
We too ran yesterday but looking on here quite a few ran today
Ha. I did 'cheat' a little by slipping in another W1 run yesterday instead of today. Suspect it was a wise choice (unless you like bracing weather, in which case fill your boots). π
To be totally honest if anyone ran yesterday I don't think brave is the word. 90mph gusts and falling trees/waves . Hmmm.....
..don't think it was 90mph gusts everywhere. I suspect that those who did choose to run, felt safe enough to do so.ππ
Yes, I'm sure they did and I do realise 90km was not the norm, but having once narrowly escaped an unexpected falling tree, I was a cowardy custard - would have loved to go out, as I enjoy the wind and it might have actually helped !! ππ¬π€·ββοΈπ€£πββοΈ
