W3r1 done , didn’t think I was going to make it as the route I decided to take on this cold and frosty morning was slightly uphill, the only good thing was it was downhill coming back , I was a bit scared of slipping, 7am this morning was the only time I could fit it in busy day at work and then out this evening, hopefully the run will be a bit easier on Sunday morning

Brilliant! Even though the cars were frozen the paths were, thankfully, ok for us this morning. I think I'd be leaving it if the paths look slippery. Well done you for going for it!
