just completed week 5 run 2. Amazed as struggled on week 2.
Smoked for 40 years until 6 months ago, wheezing after a brisk walk. Was really not well and gave up overnight.
I found tips about running slow really helpful and hope to speed up one day but just chuffed I am doing it.

Yay, another ex-smoking C25ker (even if I hate to admit I used to partake!)
You’re ahead of me in your non-smoking journey but I can tell you I struggled in week 1 let alone week 2 however I’m now on week 7.
Congratulations on 6 months and 5 weeks respectively 👍🏽

Great stuff, I stopped last March and started bumping weight on, started c25k in June, graduated in September and now training for half marathon in June
