Well that’s that done. Feeling great so far. Starting to settle back into my old running rhythm again. Does wonders for my depression ❤️💕

I've just finished W3 also, slightly apprehensive about W4 😫!!

Well done. I did run 1 of week 4 a couple of days ago and had also felt apprehensive, but as long as you take it slowly, it is do-able and a you’ll have a great feeling of achievement afterwards. Just remember to keep it slow

Yes it certainly does! I really struggle in the dark evenings, but I don’t have any trouble going out to run xx it’s fun; running around the lake with a head torch and around 200 people. I’m lovin it!!

Depression is a cruel bastard, but however hard the running is, its preferable. :) And yes, doesn't it really help a lot?!
