Yes it certainly does! I really struggle in the dark evenings, but I don’t have any trouble going out to run xx it’s fun; running around the lake with a head torch and around 200 people. I’m lovin it!!

Depression is a cruel bastard, but however hard the running is, its preferable. And yes, doesn't it really help a lot?!
