W8r2 foggy day

Today the 1st run I could not complete, the 1st 5 mins I couldnt catch a breath and by 10 mins I was done in. I stopped running and walked the remaining time. The fog was so low I could hardly see 5 paces in front of me. My hair was soaked and my skin wet. It's the only run I've not completed. Am I being too hard on myself, to think I've failed? I'll try again tomo, but a me and foggy days are no go.

Yes, you are being too hard on yourself! Put it down as a practice run and you’ll have learned from it so it’s actually a positive 👍

I’m sure you’ll be fine next time, just take it slowly and you’ll smash it 😁

No failure - you did go out and tried and learned you dont like fog, win win. Set off slowly on next run to ensure you finish happy.

Far too hard on yourself. Just a practice run for the next run. I am sure you will nail it. Do you think that the foggy conditions may have affected your breathing?

You are definitely being way too hard on yourself, avoid that pesky fog and you'll smash it next time......slow and steady does it..
