Off this community site I just need some support and I will follow back and support you all too. I just want to overcome my anxiety and I think we should all stick together on here and on our social media's.

Amazing difference in just a month, it's OK doing plenty of exercises such as running or at the gym but you must also have a healthy diet plan as well, congratulations for starting C25K, Muay Thai and going to the gym. 😊 🏃🏾
You are lucky that you are young enough and sensible enough to make changes now, I am double your age, and while being really bad, my lifestyle has had a major impact on the rest of my life. Get your body and mind working together and you will be fine, don't let the hard days control you, face your issues as a fighter (don't like the word issue, it is only an issue if you make it one!) You have every one here to support you, we are all here because we need to be, but we are also here because we want to be. I have had some problems in the past, and the me now knows you can get through them, I am so laid back now, you will be the same. Positive thoughts.

Definitely changes are happening. What is your goal? Weight loss, build muscle? Fitness related goals?
From experience, if you add in strength/weight training you’ll see some amazing and fairly quick results in physique and aesthetics changes. Diet comprised of adequate protien and not trying to lose weight too quickly (you’ll lose muscle if you do that as rebuilding muscle lost during weight loss isn’t that much fun).
I don’t do Instagram or social media like that, but I can encourage you here when you post. Great work!
