Couch25k complete!!

I can not believe I did it!!! Couch25k done 😊 I can run for 5k + without feeling like I'm going to keel over. By the end of week 8 I would keep going beyond the 30mins to get a full 5k in. Otherwise I followed and trusted the app!

For anyone in the middle of it, keep going!! Anyone thinking about starting - stop thinking get your shoes on and go! I had the app on my phone for a year before I set foot out the door and now running is such a positive part in my life. It's not always easy but it's worth it πŸ‘

Whats next?

5k in 30mins

Regular park runs

At least 3 runs a week

10k in May

Big thanks to this forum, I may not have been too active but I've been here and reading, knowing we are all on this journey has really helped 😊

Happy running πŸ‘Ÿ
