My biggest run so far

I went out this morning and I ran for at least 40 minutes covering just 4K. I know this isnโ€™t ground breaking or world class but Iโ€™m chuffed to bits ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

I just keep testing myself to see how far I can get. My running is still in itโ€™s infancy but Iโ€™m getting there.

If it's ground breaking for you, then you should shout it from the rooftops - and be proud ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐ŸŽŠ ๐Ÿƒ

It's not about what others are doing, it's not a competition, only with yourself ๐Ÿ˜Š

I think I should remind myself of that some days ๐Ÿ˜‚

Well done, keep on keeping on ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿƒ

It was hard for the first 10 minutes but then I started to relax and enjoy it. Onwards and upwards ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

It always is - that darn 'toxic 10'! Seems to get better after that though. Well done!

I hope youโ€™re feeling better soon. Itโ€™s those snails ๐ŸŒ cheering me on that kept me going ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ

Donโ€™t ever concentrate on times or distance. The fact u can consistently run or jog at whatever pace, for a prolonged period of time is a great achievement. Keep at it. And congratulations ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

Of course itโ€™s ground breaking and most definitely world class. This is You v You, no one else, so youโ€™ve just practically circumnavigated the globe with all your huffy, puffy, sweaty former selves hunched on their knees, watching you in sheer envy as you glide off into the setting sun.

Donโ€™t downplay. Thereโ€™s too much pain and effort involved for any of that. Build it up. Feel proud. Tell everyone. Youโ€™ve earned the feeling, now go spend it.

Thank you so much. Itโ€™s hard for everyone who start the C25K programme. Iโ€™ve found it very hard going as I couldnโ€™t run. But I kept plodding along at a snails pace. I hope anyone reading will keep going and run to the best of their own abilities regardless of what it is at this moment in time.
