I went out this morning and I ran for at least 40 minutes covering just 4K. I know this isn’t ground breaking or world class but I’m chuffed to bits πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I just keep testing myself to see how far I can get. My running is still in it’s infancy but I’m getting there.

If it's ground breaking for you, then you should shout it from the rooftops - and be proud 😊 🎊 πŸƒ

It's not about what others are doing, it's not a competition, only with yourself 😊

I think I should remind myself of that some days πŸ˜‚

Well done, keep on keeping on 😊 πŸƒ

Congratulations, you deserve to be chuffed, are you doing JuJu's Magic 10K plan?

Not at the moment, I’m just concentrating on getting to 5K.

It was hard for the first 10 minutes but then I started to relax and enjoy it. Onwards and upwards πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

It always is - that darn 'toxic 10'! Seems to get better after that though. Well done!

Don’t ever concentrate on times or distance. The fact u can consistently run or jog at whatever pace, for a prolonged period of time is a great achievement. Keep at it. And congratulations πŸ‘πŸ»

Of course it’s ground breaking and most definitely world class. This is You v You, no one else, so you’ve just practically circumnavigated the globe with all your huffy, puffy, sweaty former selves hunched on their knees, watching you in sheer envy as you glide off into the setting sun.

Don’t downplay. There’s too much pain and effort involved for any of that. Build it up. Feel proud. Tell everyone. You’ve earned the feeling, now go spend it.

Thank you so much. It’s hard for everyone who start the C25K programme. I’ve found it very hard going as I couldn’t run. But I kept plodding along at a snails pace. I hope anyone reading will keep going and run to the best of their own abilities regardless of what it is at this moment in time.
