Got 8 mins in and stopped. So anoyed with myself! Changed route and gave up halfway up a hill. Annoying coz I did that hill on Thursday but earlier in the run.

You can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, I would advise you to repeat that run.
We all have bad runs at unpredictable times do don't worry. No fails here, you just did an extra training run! Do w7r3 again and you'll smash it

Call that an 8 min bonus/ adding to training run and do the w7r3 run ! All runs are gains. Relax and enjoy that run.
Just call that run a warm up and run w7r3 again. So many things can affect why a particular run/route doesn't go to plan when it has before. You can do this!
