Hi! I have managed all the runs so far and have been really pleased with myself but today it just didn’t happen 😕. My calves were burning from the start and I barely managed any running; I walked (fairly quickly) for most of it. I need to pick it up - do I repeat thus one or go for week 8????

Always complete the runs before moving on. There's no rush.
How disappointed you must feel : ( especially if this is the first hiccough. Was wondering if you are coming down with a cold or something.
I would be tempted to repeat todays session when you would next normally run. See how it goes. No idea if that's the right thing to do

Mark it down as a practice, take a rest day tomorrow and show it who's boss on Tuesday!!
We can't be winners on top form every day. That's what makes us engagingly human
Take a day to rest and repeat this session later also, this happened to my boyfriend and using one of those massage rolls helped his legs to recover
