Did the last run of the week as usual in my ParkRun today - my 7th now. Thought I’d flag as have man flu and didn’t sleep til gone 2am but I felt surprisingly good! Managed a PB if 35:52 so I’m delighted 🤗 Starting to wonder if I will be able to get down to sub 30, which I know isn’t the aim of the plan, but it is my dream and target - that must be pretty fast though! 🤔 Feeling good. Bring on week 8 💪🏽

You're not even at the 30 mins running yet! The sub 30 depends on the park run you do some are harder then others. If you're doing it regularly you will at some point . I approach every park run as just get round sometimes I am pleasantly surprised.
