First full month of running completed
9 X 5km and 1 Parkrun. 15 runs in total.
Total target for January was 35miles but I ended on 40 miles 😀 can’t believe little old me did that 😂. Pic of my medal for you 🙂
Have increased all my runs from 30 mins to 45/50 mins as that’s how long it takes to complete a 5k. Now run every other day so plan to keep up with that.
Definitely feeling stronger and pace is starting to improve but I don’t really push myself as the minute I just enjoy running and taking in all the beautiful nature around me.
After buying 5 pairs of running shoes this month settled with my Saucony Nomad Tr as they suit where I run 🙂
