So I actually just carried on running at my own comfortable pace regardless of time, and covered 5.27 km in 39 mins. Who ever thought I'd be running 5k? Certainly not me! π (the dip is when I stopped to remove an annoying stone from my treads!)

Congratulations! Hope you are feeling very very chuffed with yourself π I had a similar run on Sunday and managed 4.66km in 37.5 minutes so it's lovely to read about you heading that magical 5k. Thank you for the inspiration
That's great, bet your chuffed with that run, i know i was, when i got to 5k, and about the same time as you, who'd have thought, in those early weeks, we'd be where we are now! π
WoW....another 5k'er... fantastic achievement. Well done you. No stopping you now...well unless it's another stoneπ€£π. Absolutely brilliant. πππππββοΈπ
