First run for a month - but I did it!

I knew it was quite a while since I'd last run, and deliberately didn't check quite how long it was before I set out. But last night I was tired and fed up, and wanted to get back to it, so decided enough was enough. While DD1 was at her youth group, I'd go for a slow jog and see how I got on. I set myself the aim of 20 mins, with full permission to walk after 5/10/15 mins if necessary. And you know what? I ran the whole thing!!!

So, next target: repeat the feat tomorrow evening! 😊

Great, well done! Nice to hear that you got out again, and it's a lovely surprise when you find that you haven't lost as much fitness as you thought you had :)
