I set out in intrepidation as I have not run any distance since my university days you can tell how long ago that was as I got a grant to attend. At the end of my session I heard those words "You have now run more than you have walked this session" and that's when I jumped up and down in exhiliation I did receive some very strange looks from the dog walkers whilst jumping up and down. All I can say is this app does work keep at it.....

Not just does the app work but you have worked hard too to get to this stage. A happy place, hold the feeling through the rest of the plan. Happy running

That’s exactly how I felt, when I did that run this week! I was so chuffed when MJ said I’d ran more than walked! 🤣 Well done and good luck for the rest of W4 😊

I completed C25K in 2014. It was the Laura podcasts for me, not the app, but it's a wonderful program. I had no interest in running before starting it. It begin just as away to get fit after having half my left lung removed. But the joy of the progress became adictive, and the love for running has never left me since then. Stay with and enjoy the program, you will not regret it.
