Just finished week one, have showered, and now sipping a cup of tea. Feeling positive that I will continue onto week two later this week. I tried this a couple years ago but gave up after the second run. I think I'm in a more resolute frame of mind now. Also am doing a slower pace of jogging, rather than running. I'll put my ambition to run rather than jog to one side for now!

Good plan. πŸ‘ There really is no need for speed on C25K - it’s all about finishing the run and slowly building stamina. Speed can be worked on later (fun!) Well done in completing week 1! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Jog is good, very good. Anything that means you have fuel in the tank to look forward to the next run. Happy running
