Just finished week one, have showered, and now sipping a cup of tea. Feeling positive that I will continue onto week two later this week. I tried this a couple years ago but gave up after the second run. I think I'm in a more resolute frame of mind now. Also am doing a slower pace of jogging, rather than running. I'll put my ambition to run rather than jog to one side for now!

Good plan. π There really is no need for speed on C25K - itβs all about finishing the run and slowly building stamina. Speed can be worked on later (fun!) Well done in completing week 1! πππ

Jog is good, very good. Anything that means you have fuel in the tank to look forward to the next run. Happy running

Well done for completing it. A little jog is all we need to feel better...especially if you jiggle and giggle whilst you do it...or possibly afterwards. ππ£π
Sounding good! Hereβs to W2 π
