Good work! Slow is GOOD! Builds stamina and ensures you can finish the run. 👍 Enjoy the journey ... it is amazing how well this plan works! I have been running for 2.5 years now, since completing C25K, and LOVE IT! Couldn’t run for barely 30 seconds when I started, now cannot seem to stop! 😂
I find it sooooo good for my depression. Keep going! You’re doing really well!! X
