Did my second run this morning was definitely better than first as I took it a bit slower so didn’t feel like I was going to keel over 😀 roll on run 3.

Slow and steady is the mantra.... you get stronger with each and every run.... trust the plan.. believe in yourself and on you go!

Good work! Slow is GOOD! Builds stamina and ensures you can finish the run. 👍 Enjoy the journey ... it is amazing how well this plan works! I have been running for 2.5 years now, since completing C25K, and LOVE IT! Couldn’t run for barely 30 seconds when I started, now cannot seem to stop! 😂
