Slower than a turtle through peanut butter!

I did it, I completed w4r1 😁 I am very proud of myself for getting all the running parts without stopping to walk and without feeling too exhausted. As the title suggests I wasn't exactly fast but I was constant and I am very happy about that. Thank you for all your advice and support everyone!

Excellent. 9 weeks seems like a long time when you first set out. Surprising how quickly it passes though. You're nearly half way through already!

True, I've just been taking it one run at a time :)

I love this... over the years.. we have had concrete legs.. running through sludge....running through treacle... but this is fabulous :)

Go you.. you did it anyway ! Slow and steady gets you to the most incredible places...xxx
