After finishing a night shift I decided to hit the streets and do my next run..... 05.30am... nice time to be out... no pedestrians to negotiate... not much traffic on the roads.... headphones in and away I went.... first 8 min run was ok.... tired a little towards the end but used the 5 mins inbetween next run to regroup..... did 2nd 8min run had a touch of stitch towards the end and slowed a lite but managed it... felt good.. gotta admit felt better when i hit the sack... slept like a baby... lol..... until next time.... happy running all
