Just done this and managed the 2 lots of 8 minutes but it was hard towards the end. Debating if I should repeat this run before run 3 or push myself and try run 3. How have others found this as it is a big leap from run 2 to run 3

Woohoo!! You did it! r3 is definitely a challenge, but slow down, take a few deeper breaths and tell those legs to keep going. Give it a go!

W5R3 is a minute shorter between warm up and cool down than your last workout, go for it.
I DID IT!!! 20 minute run OK bit of a cheat as the last 5 minutes were downhill but I did do the uphill bit first. It is more mind than anything. Once my breathing had settled down it was OK. My watch shows my jogging speed is near enough my fast walking speed but who cares. Now to week 6. Thanks for all the encouraging messages.
