So tomorrow morning I’m planning on starting again after my last run off wk 2 completed just over two weeks ago. I really hurt my knee and although it’s only recently got better we have had a three day storm here in Spain. Tomorrow I plan to go again I’m thinking of going back to week one to see how I go rather then wk2run2. I’m going to take it slow and see what happens. 🏃🏻♀️

I’ve just done w2r3 after an 8 day break. It was fine. I don’t know if it was correct!

Are you doing knee strengthening exercises?
Sounds like you might want to consider that.

Sorry to hear about your knee problem and hope it's properly mended now? I think it's a good idea to start with a (steady) Week 1 run and see how you go. If you breeze through that then hopping straight into Week 2 should be fine. If not, slowly work through week 1 again and then move on once you've completed three in a row. Good luck with it tomorrow, let us know how it goes.
