W1 R2 completed today and feeling good. Was starting to question if I had the energy to do it after work, luckily had taken my running bits to work with me and just told myself to get on with it! Have to say I enjoyed it and again felt a sense of achievement.

Huge well done you! It takes determination to do it when it feels hard x On you go!

Well done on getting out there. It’s true that sometimes you just have to give yourself a good talking to and get on with it but in my experience I’ve never regretted it afterwards. Keep running 😊

Have to say it's a definite confidence boost! And very surprised that I am enjoying it.

Really well. It's so easy to come up with excuses, but you got out and did it.

1 more run and it's the end of the first, and hardest week!
