The response to my post has been incredible!!
I didn’t think anyone would bother with little (not so little) old me.
I am taking everything in, after all, you all know what your doing and know what I’m going through.
My backwards pace needs slowing down more will do that. Stretching I will do that. Drinking more water I will be doing that. Not swearing at MJ sorry that ain’t happening it helps me 🤣🤣
So I feel good about myself this morning, I don’t hurt as much as after W1 R1
I wanna go out and run (loosely used word) NOW
Don’t worry I won’t I know recovery days are just as important.
