That's three well done's and you're on your way. Slowing down certainly appears to be the secret potion we all need to complete C25K, learning that is a very useful lesson. Well done! Putting one foot in front of the other can seem so hard. Make the most of your rest day, and take on the next run literally one step at a time You can do this (if I can, anyone can )
Stretching immediately after every run, nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/h... while muscles are still warm and supple, pulls out contractions, avoiding carrying tensions into the next run and also improves recovery by improving blood flow.
