Just completed first run of week 2 - so cold in South Wales this morning, I was looking forward to the 90 seconds of running to get warm 🥶Very icy too so be careful if you’re running on pavements like me. Happy Sunday running everyone 😁 looking forward to a cold but sunny day and to breakfast🍴 !

Thanks for the warning of ice Sarah65, you were out 'bright' and early this morning in the dark, well done on completing run 1 of week 2, today is a busy day for me, this morning I will be going a 12 K walk and in the afternoon I will be out a run, I will be careful regarding any icy patches.

It is a clear frosty morning where I am in Scotland -3C, the sun rises just after half past 8, once it does I will wrap up and go that walk.

Just got back from my last run of week 2. Probably my least favourite to date, but am putting it down to the weather. Couldn’t get into any real rhythm as feet kept slipping on the icy pavements. But it’s done and I felt like I could keep going at the end of the last run so here’s to next week! Stay safe out there runners!
