I haven’t run since Tuesday and I’m waiting to do w8r2. Will I lose my stride and be unable to run 28 minutes? I was so proud of that milestone on Tuesday. Been out for a brisk walk but the roads and pavements are too snowed up for running.

Winter walking is a great thing to do too...
Lots of simple exercises to do if housebound, stretch and flex, strength and stamina exercise. yoga work outs, etc, etc.. all to keep you moving
You can plan new routes and maybe try a bit of running retail therapy too..

No you'll still be able to do it. They say on here it takes 2 weeks for your fitness levels to drop so you've still got time 😊

Don’t worry Jude you will be fine. I had 5 days off last week due to illness and was fine going back to it . Let us know when you do your run !
I had a month of last year because of being overseas. I walked every day but no running.
