One cold morning nine weeks ago I decided to start C25K - now look at me! So proud that I have gone from no exercise whatsoever to 90 minutes of running a week!

Looking forward to proudly adding my badge and certificate.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the May graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍

Thank you. I think I’ve done that now...it’ll be worth the run.

I’m now continuing until I reach the 5k mark with the intention of running non-stop in a Park Run, when they happen. At this rate it’ll take me 42 minutes! Slowly does it 😆
