Finished week 2 today and it was actually not too bad but yet again I'm already worrying about week 3 the thought of running for 3 minutes is a bit scary.

What are you worried about? Not quite making the 3 minutes? if that's the case... Don't think about it. There is nothing to worry about. At the end of the day nothing is set in stone. If you find it tough do it a little longer. I'm on W5 and doing each run twice as I'm finding it hard. I may need to do the last one more! I don't know. See how I feel

Well done! I've just finished week one and am worrying about week 2. I'll give it a go but if needs be you can repeat week 2 until you're happy to move on. I've already told myself there's no pressure and if I need to repeat week one there's no shame in that. Good luck! Xx

Don't be scared give it your best shot and might just surprise yourself! i was really worried too at that stage but this plan really does build up stamina amazingly quickly! Good luck!

Thanks I think it's going to be a worry each time I move to another week I felt the same at the end of week one and it wasn't too bad and have to remind myself it's ok to repeat a week and not to beat myself up if I find it hard thanks for the support it really is a help

I'm on week 3 - trust me it's ok! 3 minutes really doesn't seem very long, just make sure you choose a flat route if you can.

If you're worried, just start off slower than you would otherwise. If things are going well, you can always speed up a bit later in the session, if not, just keep plodding slowly.
