Well that's the first week done, just have to invest in new trainers.
Really didn't have any problems running. Shins were good, no cramps.
Just a shame I have to wait until Sunday now

Ouch.. that looks like it’s going to be annoyingly painful.
When you look at your new trainers make sure you get either 1/2 or 1 size up from your normal shoe/trainer size. As your feet will swell with heat when running and can give you blisters ..🤔
Well done for completing week 1 !! 1 down 8 to go !! 👍👍👍
Sh*t man! That's not good! Your runners must be too small. I had gait analysis today and found out you usually need to go up half a size from your normal shoe size. Hope it heals quickly - but in the meantime GET NEW SHOES 👠 (but maybe not the ones that came up in the emoji).
Glad it went well otherwise, well done.
😮 oucha!
Oooh, that's not good! Go to a good sports shop and have gait analysis (it was free at the shop I use if you buy trainers) and you will find the resident trainer geek🤓 who will be able to recommend the best trainers for your foot shape and this will never happen again!! It's really worth the investment and makes running so much more manageable; it will also remove a reason not to run😊. Good luck.
Ouch... sort the shoes.. they are you best investment... next to you!!!
