This morning I completed my first run! I'm doing it with my wife and we're motivating each other, it's great I tried running a few years ago when I was doing Slimming World, and followed a home-made programme with much shorter running periods (30secs) and 2-3 minutes of walking in between, and each session I thought I was going I collapse! But I found this morning's run surprisingly easy - and I am by no means fit! I stagger up the stairs at the moment, and I'm 5 stone overweight I feel so good after doing my run today! I'm really pleased with myself hoping I can carry on!
