Well I have just finished my first run this morning and it was soooo hard even just to get out of bed π₯±π΄. The first two spurts were the hardest but Iβm feeling good now and am booked again for Sunday morning (unless something better comes up Sat night π₯π

Yep, that first one is so, so hard. I almost didnt make it. I dont think I'd fully recovered by my second run either!
Keep on going though, it does get easier!
I did my first run yesterday and I found it harder to leave the house than doing the run itself π. Keep it up you will see the benefits really quickly if you stick to it. X
