Wot it says above. Who'd a thought it possible.
It was unusually overcast this morning, and there had been rain overnight, so for the first time I found it humid and sweaty. I regreted doing the first load of strength and flex yesterday as my thigh muscles were aching a bit today, but got round. Distance for the 30 mins = 3.18 kilometers, so not speedy. But that is still very nearly 2 miles, and if you had told me that I would do that 9 weeks ago I would have laughed in your face.
