Week 9 run 3 done and dusted

Did it rain noooooooo 🤗 did I run ? Damn right all the way, after leaving the house promptly, got caught up with a post Christmas catch up with the neighbour..... And 45 minutes later I was off like a errrr speeding bullet.

Down the lane from home towards Llangollen and then running into a nice brisk breeze until I reached my canal towpath. My c25k journey began on a towpath so it's fitting to end it as it started. Decided to throw on my cycling leg warmers today, and I definitely need to purchase some running tights as the leg warmers need Hoisting up now and again.... But with Michael's continued encouragement I got there, 👍

I can run, i am a runner I will run

Kinda chuffed more than a little bit

And what a beautiful part of the world to be running in! Hmm also the only time I've ever seen a Landrover pass by with a sheep in the front seat, with a seat belt on.
