Just want to say what a brilliant community this is. It's great to have support from strangers who are all trying to do the same thing. It gives encouragement to read posts and replies from people saying how they feel/have felt at varying stages along the way. I came across this forum just from searching online 'I found the 20 minute run a shock on C25K'. I read loads of comments on here and decided to join. So pleased I did. I want to thank everyone for taking the time to reply to posts on here. It really is beneficial to people like me on their running journey!
Ooh and thanks to everyone I ran 5K today after feeling discouraged that I didn't do it on graduation. I read the replies and was boosted!! Keep running everyone and well done for just getting out there π€ππ

Thatβs a lovely post Celeriac, thank you! Youβre right, it can be a bit disappointing not getting to 5k at the end of the plan but a large percentage of us donβt. I graduated in August (just managing 3k in 30 mins) and can now run 5k - but it still takes me 50 minutes. But it gives me a target for 2020! Well done on getting to 5k and may you continue onwards and onwards! Happy running!
Lovely post. Congratulations on your 5K. πππI do hope lots of new runners read your post too. It should really help them keep going. Happy running!
