Every now and then I like to write a post that says a big thank you to each and everyone of you who come to this forum. It wouldn't work without your tireless input.
Every month we have around 50 graduates and they are helped to get there by all of you. We know how you can be totally elated one day and feel destroyed the next from a run. what makes the difference is being able to come on here and talk to like minded people about it. It's the same regardless of whether you are on week 1 or graduated there is something for everyone.
So thank you so much for helping make this the wonderful, encouraging, happy, motivating place that it is.

If it wasn't for this forum I wouldn't have graduated ok it took me over 11 months, I wouldn't be going parkrun and now helping out at the great run local and wouldn't have gained so much confidence and other things within myself,
Aww thank you so much. Believe me I get as much out of this forum as anyone else, it's one of my favourite places to be, apart from out there actually running that is😃.
Yes, thanks everyone...so glad I found this forum when I decided to do C25K, I don't imagine I would have completed it without the motivation of posting after my runs. What a great community, and great work RFC 😘
I agree wholeheartedly - I don't think I would have even started C25K without this forum, let alone graduated. I don't get on as often as I'd like, but when I do the positivity always cheers me and I try and offer as much support as I got.
And reiterate the thanks to you RFC - it wouldn't work without you and all the others who administrate it
