Feeling such an achievement! I ran not only for 30 minutes without stopping, but managed to keep going for the whole parkrun this morning and got a time of 38 minutes and 22 seconds! Now that may sound slow to you fabulous runners, but for me, just to have kept going for that long is absolutely amazing. I have a long way to go, but this is now my bench mark, and I’m pretty damn proud of myself. Thanks for all your fabulous support 😁

So you should be proud. Going from 60 second runs to 38 minutes really is a great achievement. Congratulations.

That's brilliant. Really well done.

38 minutes and 22 seconds! That's 8 minutes and 22 seconds longer than I have ever run!

You should be very, very proud of yourself.

Thats a fantastic time! I managed 42 minutes for my first 5k after graduation, so well done! Well done.
