Feel like I might finally getting into the swing of this running lark and finding it a bit less difficult, just need to work out at what point I'm supposed to start actually enjoying it?! Not letting that stop me though.
And absolutely no way I'm going to make it to 5k in the 30 minutes, but hey ho, gives me a next target to work towards.

Well done Parky can you believe only 1 run. Only 10% reach 5k, but a great target to move onto if you decide that's your distance. Even though you're not enjoying the actual running do you enjoy the achievement? Looking forward to seeing your graduation post
Thanks, oh yeah I do get the sense of achievement, and I can feel the change in my fitness as well, that's what's kept me going. Just wish the actual time that I was out there running was more enjoyable!
I try to run somewhere scenic to take my mind off the run but the anticipation of the high makes me crave each new run. I do get very bored on my closest route where I need to do 4 laps for 5k so need new route now I'm upping the distance.
Interesting, yeah we've got beautiful beaches nearby but I'm not quite getting that far yet, one day soon I might make it! For now I'll make do with my audiobooks or a bit of music
It's great you're finding your running less difficult. Don't worry about the 5k distance not many people reach it at the end of the plan , you are out and running 30 minutes non stop and you should be very pleased with that. Well done you 😊😊
