Slow down........

You should be able to speak clear ungasping sentences as you run, as mentioned in the guide to the plan.

Well done for getting out there and getting it done!

Make sure you slow down and always keep well hydrated.

Week 1 is the toughest week. And the toughest lesson to learn (in my case at least), is that no matter how slow you go, you can still go slower!
