Aww well done! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

It’s a shock to the system- or it was for me!

A minute doesn’t sound long until you try to run it πŸ™ˆ

It’s a magical programme that will take you to run for 30 minutes... tho I bet you don’t believe that.. becos I didn’t either ... but I am that proof!

This forum is so supportive- people are fab... I couldn’t have done it without them!

Look forward to seeing your progress - your journey.. repeat weeks if need be but most importantly do it at your pace.. go very slow... it works! I was going slow but it was still too fast ... so I found an even slower slow!

we have got you and you have got this! πŸ‘

My daughter ran with me and she is very fit, runs regularly, has 3 weekly personal trainer sessions too etc so she helped me with my pace!

Yes you can! You have taken the biggest step. The second run was the hardest for me though - but I did w7r1 yesterday with less bother than the first week - so you can do it. As we all say - if I can, so can you!

Greatness has been achieved. One piece of advice is follow the app to the letter. Don't skip anything or push ahead. It has been planned in such way and really does work. Stuck with it and you will be amazed at how far you go. I know the plan says 9 weeks but if it takes 10,11 or 12 then that is totally ok too. Good uck to you.

Thanks for the advice and I definitely will stick to the app and repeat weeks where I need to!
