I thought you ran yesterday?

Dogs, kids, buggies, horses, geese, cyclists, traffic, other folks etc all share our space so we have to just crack on. Don't be put off! Get back on it ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธโ˜”๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿ˜Ž

You must have been going very fast for a Week 1-er!

The attentions of unknown dogs are a pain, undoubtedly. Mostly a trip hazard to be honest, and as you found, a disturbance to your rhythm and concentration.

But you got 15 minutes of activity under your belt, and that will help next time you go out.

If you are new to this I wouldn't run with the dog. You need to concentrate and listen to the podcasts. You can walk the dog another time ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ•

You have to go slow or you will end up injured ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Naughty dog! Lucky you to escape getting bitten too. Take it slow and steady, and you will get there .. ( dogs permitting ) :) x

Hi... This happened to me the other week... I thought "cute dog" as it watched me from behind the fence... Next minute it was on the road in front of me snarling...and I dis the fastest turnaround and sprint of my whole C25K! So pleased you did the run though. I know you were aching earlier, and worried about it, so well done for doing it!

Oh 'ell Chelle! What a start! ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ•

Don't weaken honey. The next run is bound to be less exciting ๐Ÿ˜€

Good news that your aches had gone...๐Ÿ˜Š..bad news that a loose dog spoiled your run๐Ÿ˜ฏ

Never mind Chelle onwards and upwards...next time feel positive and give it a go. Slow and steady...๐Ÿ˜‰x
