Well what a year. I could hardly run for 5 minutes this time last year. Just back from my last run of 2019. Managed 25 minutes with no ankle pain so hopefully I’ve cracked that injury. Still taking slowly though don’t want to undo all my cautious good work. See you all in 2020. Who knows I might even enter a 5 km run!!!! Ha ha ha.
