Farewell, week 6

I had an epic struggle with the 2nd 10 minute session of run 2 this week, so was apprehensive about trying to go for 25 minutes this morning. Thankfully, it went really well - I even realised that I didn’t care how much time had passed or how long was left; I was perfectly happy listening to Kermode and Mayo (any other Wittertainees out there?) and trundling slowly along.

In a way, I'm glad I had the tough run earlier, as I learned that I could get through it. Now looking to consolidate in week 7.

Happy running, everyone πŸƒ

Enjoy 😊

It was only a stinker for me as I was rushing after work and not really in the right frame of mind for it.

Not heard kermode and Mayo for years... didn’t think they’d still be going.

Good run... that epic struggle paid off... now you’re all set to close this out.

I struggled with run 2 also then the 25 min run was easier! I think it’s mind games and perhaps more difficult in intervalsπŸ€” bring on week 7 πŸ˜€

Yeah, I now think of the intervals not so much as a break from running as an interruption to it. Good luck with week 7!
