This morning I'm about to run my last in week 6. I'm nervous about being able to run for 25 minutes straight, especially as the 20 minute run in week 5 seems like a long time ago because of the hurdles along the way. I'm also pretty excited. I've dug my old mp3 player out with all the running songs on that I used to run to 10 years ago. I'm doing this one in the gym as I haven't had much experience running outside yet. Wish me luck!

Good luck jodak . Take it slow and you will do fine. Your body is prepared for the 25 minutes it’s all mind over matter if you believe you can do it you will.
