That was not easy! Really shuffled my way through the middle part of that but perked up in the last 10 minutes. Think it will take a bit of getting used to running with just a head torch as there is no street lights on a desolate moor! Felt my knee jerk a few times as i hit uneven ground.
It was slow, very slow, my slowest run yet and I'm only covering 3 and a bit kms but i dont care.....i ran for the full 25 minutes and a few weeks ago I couldn't run for 60 seconds so feeling very proud!
Week 7 starts Friday!

Well done! I'm on W4 and finding all these posts so inspiring. I didn't believe it was possible to be able to run for more than 30 seconds, but I'm truly amazed at how the body adapts when you're following a well-designed programme.
I was the same a few weeks ago, reading others posts really helped. My first post here was to say i couldn't complete all 8 60 second runs and now look at me. The programme is amazing!
