Well it was my first 30 minute run today and I went back to the treadmill as itβs so icy here! Started slower than normal today just so I made sure I finished! But the last 5 minutes I increased my pace to a βproperβ run (for me anyway) rather than my usual slow jogging haha. I was a bit tired after that but it felt good to push myself. I covered 4km so yeah obviously still slow compared to many but Iβm pleased with myself. Only 2 runs to go now!!ππ»ββοΈπππΌ

Great stuff. Starting slow is a really sensible approach. As is doing it on a treadmill when its icy!
Dont worry about pace. It's all about the 30 minutes. But great that you managed to push it at the end..
