Well after my fantastic first outdoor run last week I ended up back on the treadmill today as it was sooooo slippy after a really hard frost! Oh wow, I found it hard 🥵 I also think the app skipped back or paused as when Laura said there was 5 mins left it seemed to last an age.... when I finished the run and cool down the treadmill showed I’d been on just over 42 mins when in total it should have been 38 mins including warm up/down.... anyway hoping Wednesday is decent weather to get back outdoors. Hope everyone has a great week 😁

Oh no! I live in fear of the app stopping and having to run a few extra minutes!! It’s funny that after a good run, the one after seems to be much tougher. But still, look how long you were in the treadmill! That is good going.

I use the podcasts as I can't get the app on the New Zealand app store but I have done the skip backward thing at least once and decided to keep running.

Look at it as a bonus :-)

Having said that I'm not sure the times are completely accurate, especially the warm up and cool down walks.

Well done you! I think using the treadmill was a good call. Good work for doing the extra!

You'll be back outdoors soon!

Great effort especially on the treadmill. With that extra work you're all set for graduation week 😉

Well done you, the end is in sight for us. I'm braving the 27 mins later today after a morning of xmas shopping 🎅😊

I find the treadmill hard because it's so constant - outside, you do an uphill bit, feel it, then do a flat bit and feel better. Or, you know, when you start to struggle you can slow down a bit, which I don't do on the treadmill. Also, my gym temperature is on the warm side, and the outdoor breeze really helps me! But I absolutely would treadmill over driving rain or ice underfoot, so having the choice is great. Well done, anyway!
