Morning all! Found this one really hard, but has been a week since my last run-life got in the way this week-I’m in the events world-so like a lot of others it’s been a bit full on!

I am feeling this is my pattern, R1 really hard, R2 it’s getting better and r3 made it! Just not keen on the feeling after R1 want the feeling after R3 for each run-maybe asking a bit much- never thought I would get this far-so well chuffed over all!

It was dead out there this morning, only saw 2 runners and 2 cyclists.

🙏 everyone, posting on here however I have done is my way of being accountable for my actions. 😊

Well done. It's very much a mental sport. I'd change your thoughts to something like 'Run 1 is my practice so anything goes ' 'Run 2 I'll use some experience from Run 1' and then 'Run 3 is your third practice to iron things out and enjoy the feeling.' The testing runs prepare you for the celebratory ones so keep going and you will get there. Rest well, keep hydrating and stretch and it's all there for you.

Thank you GTFC. It’s a definite all in the head thing not in the legs as I had thought before starting this journey.

Week 8 wow you're like soooooo close Daisy, just keep on putting one foot in front of the other you'll smash it 🙂🥳👍

Morning I did do R2 which wasn’t great but had some bad news just before I left so probably shouldn’t have gone! Should have gone today by been up since the early hours-not excuses at all but am learning that I need to be ready to go for out it’s not just putting your shoes on-so either later today or in the morning I will be off again! Thank you! Definitely want to finish this and get across the line-as you say so so close!

Good luck. So it’s run 3 coming up? I found week 8 quite tough. I did it, but never felt too good.
